Eligibility Details

Post Discipline	Educational Qualification
Engineering Posts (Chemical, Mech, Inst.)	Full-time regular Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks.
Safety	Engineering Degree + Diploma in Industrial Safety (CLI/RLI) or Fire Engineering Degree.
HR	Full-time MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management (min 60%). Degree in Law (LLB) is desirable.
Contracts & Materials	Engineering Degree OR MBA in Materials Management (min 60%).
Legal (FTC)	3 years LLB or 5 years integrated Law degree (min 60%).
Medical (FTC)	MBBS recognized by MCI with Industrial Health training/certificate.
Experience	Relevant post-qualification experience is mandatory for all posts (ranging from 2 to 25 years depending on the grade).
