Welder Cum Fitter (Various Trades)	• Education: Pass in SSLC (10th) • Technical: ITI (National Trade Certificate) AND All India National Trade Test (National Apprenticeship Certificate) in relevant trade. • Experience: Minimum 5 Years post-qualification experience in a Shipyard, Engineering Company, or Govt establishment.
