DH&FWS Jhargram Recruitment 2026: The District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Jhargram has officially released a recruitment notification for the engagement of various medical and non-medical personnel. This recruitment drive aims to fill 38 vacancies for positions like Specialist Medical Officers, General Duty Medical Officers (GDMO), Community Health Assistants (Urban), Yoga Instructors, Lab Technicians, and more. Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply online through the official West Bengal Health website starting from 17th January 2026. Specialist Medical Officer (G&O, Pediatrician, Ophthalmology, Medicine)
MBBS with PG Degree/DNB/Diploma in the respective specialty. Must be registered with WBMC. Permanent resident of West Bengal.
Medical Officer (GDMO & XVFC)
MBBS from an NMC recognized institute with 1-year internship. Must be registered with WBMC.
Psychiatrist
MBBS with MD/DNB or Diploma (DPM) in Psychiatry. Experience in Public Health is desirable.
Community Health Assistant (Urban)
Only Female. Must have passed ANM or GNM from an institute recognized by INC and registered with WBNC. Must be a permanent resident of Jhargram District.
Multi Rehabilitation Worker
Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy with at least 2 years of hospital experience. (Master’s degree desirable).
District Manager (Public Health)
MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing graduate with Masters in Hospital Administration/Health Management. 2 years of experience required.
Blood Bank Lab Technician
10+2 with Science + Diploma (DMLT/DLT) or Degree (BMLT) or PG in MLT. Computer knowledge required. Experience is desirable.
Yoga Instructor (Male/Female)
Madhyamik passed + One Year Yoga and Naturopathy Certificate from WBCYN. Must be registered with WBCYN.
Group-D (AYUSH)
Retired State Govt Employee only. Must be physically fit.
