Step 3: Print Profile
Take a printout of your complete Apprentice Profile from the portal.
Step 4: Download Hall Ticket
Download and print the Hall Ticket format (Annexure-I) from the notification. Fill two copies manually.
Step 5: Prepare Packet
Attach the Profile printout, 2 filled Hall Tickets, and self-attested copies of all documents (SSC, ITI, Caste, etc.).
Step 6: Return Envelope
Include a self-addressed envelope with Rs. 55/- postal stamps affixed inside the main packet.
