Essential Qualification1. Law Graduate: Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized School/College/University/Institution established by law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India.
OR
2. Appearing Candidates: Students in the 5th year of a 5-Year Integrated Law Course or 3rd year of a 3-Year Law Course are eligible (Must provide proof of acquiring qualification before taking up the assignment).
Skills RequiredResearch and analytical skills, writing abilities, and knowledge of computers (retrieval of information from e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw, etc.).
Practice BarCandidates cannot practice as an Advocate in any Court of Law during the assignment term.
